We did it! Doug and I finally got married on May 14th, 2011. It was an amazing day, but there was a lot of prep that went in before the big day. I had a ton of help from Doug's parents who are amazing! The wedding would have never happened without them. The day before the wedding we had both the Robinson and Dixon family get together at The Cheesecake Factory. I had a hair in my salad which was gross, but I wasn't eating much the day before my wedding anyway!
So on Saturday morning, we got to the temple and got ready for the sealing. It was the most amazing experience of my life. I loved it. I can't imagine getting married any other way than in the temple. I love my husband more than anything in this world, and the sealing made it eternal! It was the happiest day of my life, and I was surrounded by all of my loved ones. It is experiences like these that one will never forget. Thank you all who were a part of my special day!
Kira did an amazing job with the photography. Kandyland Photography, good stuff! All in all, it was the best day of my life. Even though the DJ kinda messed up our song we left to at the end of the night (we wanted "Good Life" by One Republic, we got "Blue" by Eiffel 65 wtf???) it was still the most perfect day ever. We left the reception to ringing bells and spent a two day honeymoon at the Lafayette Park Hotel. It was just wonderful!
Congratulations! Your hair and dress are perfection.
